NEW SPECS/Prada BAGs/ future plans

HEYY yall. Hope you bellas all had a splendid and fabulous CHRISTMAS, mine was awesomee; We just spent it at my Uncle Quin's house..there was no tree and few presents but I enjoyed it nevertheless! There was sooooo much delicous food, oh my goodness aha, i def loved Ga Ri with the BREAD, and the CHE. YUMYUM. Earlier that morning my mom, lil sis and uncle had to pick up my dad from the airport ( idont know but I just love going to the airport! aha) Anyways, I'm happy because he brought home two gorgeoussss GUCCI BAGS :) and a Fendi bag for my mom. There all fake but they look pretty darn real to me!

The day after Christmas, we went to T.J Maxx to look for some trench coats, but we couldn't really find any. Next we headed down to Oakland to visit my new baby niece Angelina <3, it sucks cause she has to stay there for a few days. After that we went grocery shoppin' around and ate our ever so classic Vien Huong:) the won ton soup was the bomb! Next we drove home to my Auntie Dung's house to chill and eat dinner.

Saturday I didn't really do much :(. Yesterday I watched HS3 with Emily, my lil sis and the movie was alrite since the quality was kinda bad since it was bootlegged!

Today I went to Kaiser so I can pick out some new specs, and I picked out some glamourous, rhinestoned, chocolate brown BABY Phat ones :) Very very happy with my choice and also I can pick it up within 3-5 days! Also I'm going to go to SF on Thursday with some buddies so that will be fun :)

**MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS:

1) GET IN SHAPE-at least shave off 5 pounds! (Take my yoga class and eat healthier..odwalla! aha)

2) Work on my ARTWORK/DESIGNS more. Start crackin' on my sketchbook and take an art class at D.V.C

3)GET A job , yes I need a steady job with steady money! APPLY to a lot of places!!

4) BOOKS; READINg.. make a BOOklist and start reading MOREE books again!

5) A more confident, self-dependent ME, that doesn't need a man to hold her down. I should have fun, flirt, date and whatever happens, happens..I'm still young so I should have no need of waiting around for that *g (that never makes the effort to hang out!)

MERRY XMAS EVE :)/ XMAS breakk.

WOW has days gone byy.. its CHRISTMAS :). Sadly this christmas our family won't be expecting that many gifts from each other since we are all kinda *broke. But its mostly about great food and family and I think that is what makes a AWESOMEE xmas!

Anyways for some updates: My sister's boyfriend Jesse had brought Emily a whole Wii System! Its awesome since I've been really exercising on it..aha no joke! Also on Sunday I was playing Wii with the cousins at my Aunties and running the treadmill..so I somewhat worked out this break!! Also there I tried HALo Halo Icecream and it is soooo delicious, it tastes like Che Ba Mau!! Its a Filipino delicacy. THe sad thing about this break is that nothing planned has been going the way i wanted too :( . BUT its okayy gotta remain positive!

FINALly, today I get my computer back since it has been gone for a few days because my brother had to clean it/ There was a majorly HORRIBLE VIRUS on this poor thing so my brother had to clean EVERTHANGG out which includes every picture,song, and essay :(. SOO it might be a sign of starting over aha (2009)

Today, I'm proud of myself for actually doing some of my chem hw

->WEEKEND and its been sooo long, I have so much to do but kinda procastinating all them such as hw!! SO i haven't been up on the blogger for such a longgg time. It's bold and wile and unapoligizing. That's why I'm drawn to it;p.

turkeyday EVE

SO you must be wondering how my turkey break is going, but to tell you the truth, none of my plans really came thru!! Well, I've been watching movies online aha. Also my dad left to VN on Sunday morning.. geezz hes so lucky! My cousin and brother took him to the airport..we stopped by Oakland but we didn't eat there. Instead we just ate Pho near my house. On Monday I had my eye doctor appointment..MY EYES really worsened:( I WANT contacts sooo bad! Later that day I created a blue/green look inspired my MAKEUPByreren. I went to Trader's Joe's that day too.

Yesterday I was planning to go to the Club with my gurlies but it didn't even carry out! SO many of them just STRAIGHTout flaked which made me oooober mad! I did a sexy smokey look for nothing! Last night I finished a really good book A Thousand Splendid Suns. I am amazed on how I couldn't put that book down. It really touched me.. the story about true love, endurement of women and friendship that never fades. It is truely a very GOOD book that portrayed the lives of women in Afghanistan; Physical abuse, grief, tragedy. But in the end it worked out and the lovers ...Tariq and Laila are together <3

TODAY I did absolutely nada! I should go workout, art, or h.w at least!

TURKEY BREAK<3

Yay, today is finally friday and I get a whole week without school.. ahhhh. CANT wait to just gobble down a turkey! So I have now began reading A Thousand Splendid Suns (thats my next book, since I don't have access to the others on my book list). It is pretty good so far but its just the beginning aha.

Today I stopped being lazy about my job applications and I finished filling them all out because today I walked to Longs and back to pick up an application. Hopefully tomorrow, I can go to the mall and drop off all of mii applications. *(I definitely did something daring this week in my love life.. I made the first move, very direct but I am proud of myself whatever the outcome is!) My friends had to pretty slap me in the face to tell me to just be BRAVE. aha.

When I get a jobbb.. I really need to get a PHONE; Most likely Metro PCS because it is a very simple, affordable plan. The phone I have been eyeing is the Samsung Messenger r450 RED= $200. I really like the qwerty keyboard and sleek design! So hopefully if I land a job soon, I will save money for this baby right here. then after that will be...

FINISHED with the KITE RUNNER

Wow what can I say, I finished the AMAZING novel in school and it was beautifully write. I literally felt the character's guilt, shame, love, sorrow in every page. The Kite Runner kept me at the edge of my seat! It is definitely tragic but hopeful as well. EVERYBODY has to read this novel, it is not one to be unread!
* I went to D.V.C with Dom today again aha and ate my usual Kinders sandwich and Arizona Sweet TEA! YUMMO.

- TWILIGHT (should i read this one next? This juicy read has a major motion picture coming out and almost every girl in my school has been ranting about this lusty,juicy book!

Well, since my brother is being so lazy I am currently at the D.V.C library chilling/doin' my hws with my bud dom. We split a turkey kinder's while sipping over some Arizona. I'm so EXCITED today because a UGLY BETTY fanatic whom I can blog about after the show, His name is Soloman and he said that he would call me Thurs. nite so we can discuss our beloved show! sooo... excited! lol. I was suppose to go to Spanish tutoring today but ehh I'll go tomorrow. LOL. I got a f++++. its an improvement, aha, on my math test.

so my recent nuveesss has to be

ARIZONA SWEET TEA ( I just tried it today and its suuper good!
KINDER's SANDWICHES ( recently only got them at d.v.c but still delish!) -sad I couldn't find a pic of an actual sandwich!

ANYWAYS I have been reading a really good book as you know, The Kite Runner. I'm pretty much a lil over half-way done! So far I would define it as tragic, filled with regret, guilt and redemption. It's so sad how Hassan died before meeting Amir again. Amir was probaly heart-broken to know that he can never say sorry or mend up the way things ended between them, but now he can be "good again" by saving his son. :D. ahhhhh can't wait until what happens. This novel is definitely in one of my favorites!
